Last Sunday we carved up our pumpkins. It's never the same as when I was growing up and my whole family carved our together, but it is nice to carry on the tradition in my own "family."
For the what seems like tenth year in a row I had to call my Mom and ask for the pumpkin seed recipe. I can't for the life of me ever remember! And it's so simple... butter and salt. There were not nearly enough seeds in our pumpkins, I was bummed.
Hunter was a pretty big fan of his paw pumpkin:
