Chocolate Covered Salted Caramels

For Valentine's Day Jim gave me a lovely box of chocolates.  They were super tasty and had creamy flavorful fillings.  However, there wasn't a caramel candy in the box.

I love caramel, so I decided to take matters in to my own hands and make myself some chocolate covered caramels. Add sea salt and I'm in love overload.
